Acceptance of Terms

SGK DISTRIBUTION will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website. Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury, arising as result of the negligence of SGK DISTRIBUTION, its employees or agents.
Subject to sufficient evidence of damage to your items or any responsibilities of SGK DISTRIBUTION employees , office and logistics we will cover and recover cost for damaged items in our possession.
Cash payment from the customer.
'Retailer' is responsible to let SGK DISTRIBUTION know of a cash collection via email or supplied document.
We must have this as a record for office use.
Notified cash that must be collected should be given back to Supplier, wholesaler, manufacturer.
For any reason if cash is misplaced or lost by SGK DISTRIBUTION employees, we will be responsible to cover this loss of Supplier, wholesaler, manufacturer.
Copyright
All intellectual property of SGK DISTRIBUTION such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of SGK DISTRIBUTION. Bed & Mattress Recycling:
Beds and Mattresses can be collected by prior arrangement ONLY.
You can still add this to your order via your retailer 24 hours prior to dispatch.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THE DELIVERY TEAM ALLOWED TO ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS FOR DISPOSALS
Room of Choice Service:
Please ensure all surrounding are safe to deliver inside the home. If you have paid for this service, it is solely your (Home owner / Tenant) responsibility to ensure purchased items will fit into your home. You must check the measurements of doorways, corridors and stairways in particular. Also please ensure all floors are suitably covered and any obstructions are removed to allow this service.
Assembly:
If offered as part of your service, simple assembly is typically building a Divan bed base and / or attaching a headboard using the components supplied with the item purchased. Crews are not permitted to modify any item or to attach any component to your walls and / or other components not supplied in the original packaging.
